The loyalty club is designed to thank our customers for their loyalty and trading activity. The club features five membership levels, and members can move up or down based on their trading activity and accumulated VFX. As soon as you register, you join at the base level and can climb higher by earning more VFX. There's no better time to join

Membership Levels

After registering, every customer starts at the VANGUARD level. As their VFX increase, they can move up through the higher levels. The club has five tiers in total.

VANGUARD

0 to 499 VFX

RONIN

500 to 3,999 VFX

WARLORD

4,000 to 9,999 VFX

LEGEND

10,000 to 29,999 VFX

TITAN

30,000 VFX and above

Level Upgrade Conditions

As VFX increases and surpasses each level threshold, the client is promoted to the next stage.
For every $100 deposit, 1 VFX unit will be added to your account.
Example: After reaching 500 VFX, the client is upgraded from VANGUARD to RONIN.

How drop happens

If there’s no trading activity on your account for more than 30 calendar days, your level drops by one.

The inactivity period for rank demotion is as follows:

Ronin ⟶ Vanguard 30 days

Warlord ⟶ Ronin 20 days

Legend ⟶ Warlord 10 days

Titan ⟶ Legend 7 days

Important VFX

VFX values and multipliers may be adjusted by the company at specific times.
Only closed and confirmed trades count toward your VFX.
VFX are automatically calculated and recorded by the club system.
Only Standard and VIP accounts are eligible for VFX .

How to Earn VFX

Clients receive VFX through the following methods:

VFX Based on Trading:

For each completed 1 lot trade, VFX is calculated according to the table in this section.

VFX Based on Deposits:

For every $100 deposit, 1 VFX is awarded to the client.

Other Instruments

Trades on IRT-based symbols are not eligible for the loyalty program and will not generate any VFX.
In the crypto section, only trades involving Bitcoin are eligible for VFX; other cryptocurrencies do not earn any VFX.

VFX Multipliers

Your VFX are multiplied depending on your membership level. In each tier, trading VFX are increased relative to the VANGUARD level.

For example: a TITAN member earns 10 VFX instead of 5 VFX for each lot of gold traded.
