Loyalty club
The Loyalty club is designed to reward our customers for their loyalty and trading activity. The club features five membership levels, and members can move up or down based on their trading activity and accumulated VFX Score. As soon as you register, you join the base level and can climb higher by earning more VFX Score. Now is the perfect time to join.
Membership Levels
After registering, every customer starts at the VANGUARD level. As their VFX Score increase, they can move up through the higher levels. The club has five tiers in total.

Product Delivery Restrictions
Due to legal regulations and import or distribution restrictions in certain countries, the delivery or shipment of some products may not be possible in all regions. In such cases, the company reserves the right, in coordination with the customer, to either substitute the product or arrange delivery in an alternative country.
Important Notes
- VFX Score and related coefficients may be adjusted at the company's discretion during specific time periods.
- Only closed and confirmed trades are eligible for receiving VFX Score.
- VFX Score is automatically calculated and recorded in the Loyalty Club system.
- Only Standard and VIP accounts are eligible for VFX Score.
- Due to price fluctuations of goods, the value and required number of VFX Scores for redeeming items may change.
- Only trades that remain open for at least 120 seconds and are then closed will be eligible to receive VFX Score.
- In case of any violation identified in the process of collecting points, Aron Groups reserves the right to remove all earned points and cancel all related requests and Loyalty Club benefits.

Basis for redeeming goods through Trading and Deposit:
Redeeming goods in the Loyalty Club is based on a combination of Trading VFX Score and Deposit VFX Score. The scoring ratio is set at 70% Trading VFX Score and 30% Deposit VFX Score. If the total VFX Score reaches the required threshold but the share of each section does not meet the defined ratio, redemption will not be possible.
Example:
To redeem an item valued at 1000 VFX Score, the client must provide 700 VFX Score from trading and 300 VFX Score from deposit.
Example:
If a client has 600 Trading VFX Score and 500 Deposit VFX Score, despite having a sufficient total score, the item cannot be redeemed due to a shortage of 100 Trading VFX Score.

How to Earn VFX Score
Clients receive VFX Score through the following methods:
VFX Score Based on Trading:
For each completed 1 lot trade, VFX Score is calculated according to the table in this section.
VFX Score Based on Deposits:
For every $100 deposit, 1 VFX Score is awarded to the client.

Other Instruments
- Transactions in IRT symbols and stocks are not eligible for Loyalty Club benefits, and trading in these symbols will not contribute to your VFX Score.
- In the crypto section, only trades involving Bitcoin are eligible for VFX Score; other cryptocurrencies do not earn any VFX Score.

VFX Score Multipliers
Your VFX Score is multiplied depending on your membership level. In each tier, VFX Scores earned from trading are increased relative to the VANGUARD level.
For example: a TITAN member earns 6 VFX Score per lot of gold traded, instead of 3 for a VANGUARD member.
