  • Commission

    A commission is the fee charged for each trade. However, with Aron Groups, commissions can be completely waived under certain conditions or in select accounts. For example, NDXUSD, DJIUSD, and XAUUSD are special trading symbols where no commission is charged in Standard and Investor accounts, as long as the total daily trading volume remains below 2 lots for NDXUSD and DJIUSD and 6 lots for XAUUSD.

    If your trading volume exceeds these limits, commissions will apply to the entire volume, not just the excess.

    To avoid unnecessary fees, it’s essential to regularly monitor your account activity.

  • Swap

    A swap is a fee added or deducted when you hold positions overnight. In Aron Groups, some assets and accounts offer a swap-free period. For example, Forex symbols and XAUUSD are swap-free for the first 14 days.

    For cryptocurrencies, the swap-free period is 3 days, while for metals (excluding gold), indices, and energy, it’s 6 days. After these grace periods, standard swap fees will apply.

    To avoid additional costs, it’s important to manage your positions carefully and review the specific terms for your account!

    • What are special trading symbols and where can we find them?

    • Special trading symbols are symbols that offer specific privileges under certain conditions. These may include exemptions from commissions or swaps for a limited time or reduced trading fees. You can view the special trading symbols associated with each account by navigating to Trading menu > Trading Accounts and selecting the account to see its full details.

    • Which accounts at Aron Groups currently offer special trading symbols?

    • Currently, only the Standard Account and Investor Account in copy trading support special trading symbols, as outlined in the table below.

    • What benefits do special trading symbols offer?

    • For special symbols, if your trading volume stays within the maximum limits listed in the table, those trades will be commission-free. If your volume exceeds the specified amount, normal commission rates will apply.

      • Let’s break this down with an example: If you’re trading gold (XAUUSD) in a Standard , you can trade up to 6 lots commission-free. For instance, opening a 3-lot buy or sell position and then closing it (another 3 lots) brings your total trading volume to 6 lots, all commission-free. This same principle applies to other symbols, such as Dow Jones and Nasdaq.Important Note: If your total trading volume exceeds the specified limit, the commission will be applied to the entire trade volume, not just the excess. Additionally:
        • Commissions are calculated from 02:00 AM to 02:00 AM (server time) the next day.
        • The server time differs by +3:30 GMT (30 minutes ahead of local time).

    • Does the broker charge commissions on inactive accounts?

      The Swap-Free Period (Grace) is a specific timeframe during which no swap fees or overnight holding costs are applied to open trades. This period begins when a trade is opened and lasts for a predetermined number of days. Only certain account types, such as the Standard Account, are eligible for this period. During this time, traders can hold their trading positions without paying overnight interest (swap). However, once the swap-free period ends, swap fees will be applied to any remaining open trades.

      For example, if the swap-free period is 14 days, no swap fees will be charged on the trade for the first 14 days after the trade is opened. After that, swap fees will be calculated at the regular rate and deducted from the trader’s account.

      Important Note: In Aron Broker, the swap-free period is based on calendar days, not trading days. This means that if a trading instrument has a 14-day swap-free period, those 14 days include both market holidays and business (trading) days.

      • The server time differs from the local time (GMT+3:30) by 30 minutes, which is added to the server time.
